Each serving size of 2 gummies provides 3000 mg of Shilijit, 40 mg of Ashwagandha, plus small amounts of 6 additional active ingredients. The gummies are round chewy dome shaped, and taste good. These are a lot easier to use than the resin form, and tastier than the capsules, which make them a great option.

Well packaged! The large container arrived sealed in plastic, and the individual gummies are each in individual wrappers. This is great as it eliminates the tendency for gummies to dry out and/or fuse together during storage or transport.
The cylindrical outer container had a tight vacuum like seal, and was a bit difficult to pry open. The packets themselves open with less effort.
There was a strong scent upon opening the main container, but it may be from packaging. I did not find the gummies themselves to have strong scents. The gummies are soft, easy to chew, and have a pleasant flavor.
Overall this seems to be a good value, and it is clear extra thought was put into the packaging design. I’m not sure I would trust gummies not to melt in a pocket, but I do feel confident these will remain fresh after opening.
